By accessing and using AI JobMatch ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AI JobMatch is an online platform that provides:

• AI-powered resume generation and customization for job applications
• Job search and browsing capabilities
• CV upload, storage, and management
• Job application tracking and management
• For employers: job posting, candidate management, and assessment tools

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Types and Responsibilities

4.1 Candidates

As a candidate, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information in your CV and job applications
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Respect intellectual property rights when uploading CVs
• Use the AI-generated resumes responsibly and verify their accuracy

4.2 Employers

As an employer, you agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Not discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
• Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate and customize resumes. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is based on the information you provide
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated resumes
• You should use your judgment when submitting AI-generated resumes to employers

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI JobMatch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Platform

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI JobMatch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
